API documentation: OpenAPI spec + README for one service

Description

I write or clean up the docs for one HTTP API: an OpenAPI 3.1 spec (YAML) covering up to about 25 endpoints, plus a README quickstart with auth, one worked request per resource, and error codes. Delivery: files in a PR to your repo, or a zip if you prefer. Turnaround: 3 business days after you share the repo or a running base URL and any existing notes. I document what the API actually does; I flag mismatches instead of guessing.
